25 | g | Yeast |
25 | g | Margarine, soft |
450 | g | Wheat flour |
75 | g | Wholemeal wheat flour |

Yeast is whipped in the lukewarm milk, quark, salt and margarine added. The flour is stirred for a while, and the dough is finally kneaded, raising approx. 20 minutes a busy place. The dough is thrown down and kneaded well. Formed for 1 little French bread, supersedes approx. 20 minutes. The bread is scratched and brushed, sprinkle with whole grain flour. Bake bread at 200 degrees for approx. 40 minutes.
