Ingredients for Kurt lamb with ginger

Flutes and/or boiled parsley potato
1pinchAnise
1Squash split 2 times and cut into 5-6 mm thick slices
1pinchGround ginger
25gButter
3cmGinger in small cubes
4Large clove of garlic into small pieces
4Large onions (2 fine and 2 coarsely chopped
800gLamb neck fillets cut into 8-10 pieces
8-10Thin carrots into strips

Instructions for Kurt lamb with ginger

To prepare the Kurt lamb with ginger recipe, please follow these instructions:

Melt the butter in a saucepan. Add the ginger and simmer the butter for approx. 1 minute. Come into the meat and switch it shortly. Add water so the meat is just covered and add the finely chopped onions. Let it simmer for low heat for 30 minutes under the lid. Then add the coarse onions and carrots. Let it simmer for 10 minutes before the squash pieces come in. Let the simmer simmer for 7 minutes and season with salt, pepper, ginger and anise. Turn off the heat and add the chopped garlic while stirring. Since meat and vegetables give a nice cloud, the court can be enjoyed with flutes. (Can be leveled with corn starch in cold water)
