To prepare the Koteleter in tomato with tomato salsa recipe, please follow these instructions:
Chop the fresh tomatoes into small pieces and fry them in a pan in a little oil or butter for about 2 min. Pour them into a bowl.
Chop the Basil and thyme and stir the oil in. Pour mixture down to the tomatoes and stir well.
Mix tomato puree and honey and brush koteleterne with it. Pak then koteletterne into the bacon slices. Rose kotellerterne to they are finished (time may depend on the size, and are often on the wrapping, but rain with ca. 10-15 min. total.) While koteleterne FRY boil the potatoes in lightly salted water for about 20 mins.
