Instructions for Kokosbar
To prepare the Kokosbar recipe, please follow these instructions:
Pour the coconut milk, glucose, and butter in a pan and warm it up to glucose is melted. Chop the white chocolate fine and got it up in a bowl, pour the coconut mixture over and stir it thoroughly, add the desiccated coconut and stir it together into a solid mass. Style it on ice for the next day and form it into small bars, as overdrawn with tempered dark chocolate. Dip bars of chocolate and style them on a rack or on wax paper. Sprinkle with a little coconut flakes. They are ready, when the chocolate has hardened. Light chocolate can also be used for covers.
