Ingredients for Kinafar's life dish

10 | slices | Thin bacon |
2 | tbsp | Chinese soys |
2 | cup | Long rice |
2 | tbsp | Oil |
3 | cup | Water |
Instructions for Kinafar's life dish
To prepare the Kinafar's life dish recipe, please follow these instructions:
First, you cook the rice:
Pour water and salt into a pan, boil it with high heat. Pour the rice in.
When boiling again, put the lid on the pot and turn it down on low heat. Boil for 12 minutes.
Then take the rice away from the heat and leave it for 12 minutes (do not lift the lid until the rice is completely finished. The steam must not escape)
While the rice cooks, you can make the rice mix.
How to make the rice mix:
Put a large pot over medium heat. Bring oil to the pan.
Cut the bacon into cubes and bring them to the oil. Let it rise for 5 minutes.
Tear the carrot on a raw iron (use the rough side). Open the can of bean sprouts and pour the water off. Come bean sprouts, carrot, pea-corn mixture and raisins as well as salt, curry and soy in the pot. Heat it through for approx. 5 minutes.
How to serve Kinafar's Livret:
Bring the finished rice down to the second and mix it all carefully
