2Small onion finely chopped
200gGrated cheese
200gHam, diced
2000gBaking potatoes
25gMagarine
5dlCremfrece
50gButter
500gBacon, diced

Instructions for Kartoffelguf

To prepare the Kartoffelguf recipe, please follow these instructions:

Wash the potatoes and put them in silver paper and bake for 2-3 hours at 200 degrees. They must be completely greasy when finished and unpack the rind of potatoes and stir well with cremfrece, garlic, salt and pepper.
Onions, ham and bacon are cooked on a hot forehead with magarine and oil when it takes a bit of color pour the water and boil down until the water is almost gone.
