Coarse salt
Olive oil
Juice of 1 lemon
1A large knob of butter
1Large bunch fresh coriander
1-2tspCurry
2canCoconut milk á 400 gr

Instructions for Karrysauce with coconut

To prepare the Karrysauce with coconut recipe, please follow these instructions:

Clean the spring onions and cut them into thin slices. Chop the coriander leaves fine but save a little to decorate. Put a frying pan over even heat and add olive oil.

Burn the curry and stir the bulbs and butter in. Let it bubble 20-30 seconds and pour the coconut milk. Bring the sauce to the boil, turn down the heat and let the sauce simmer for 2 min.

Stir the chopped coriander leaves into the sauce and season with salt and lemon juice. Sprinkle whole coriander leaves over the sauce and serve for meat or fish.
