Ingredients for Kalvemedailloner with chickpeas

1 | dl | Coffee cream |
1 | dl | Chickpeas |
1 | tbsp | Oil |
1.5 | tbsp | Butter |
2 | cl | Cognac |
2 | tbsp | Minced parsley |
8 | pieces | Kalvemedallioner (a) 100 g |
Instructions for Kalvemedailloner with chickpeas
To prepare the Kalvemedailloner with chickpeas recipe, please follow these instructions:
Melt the butter on a pan. Saute the peas for a few minutes. Add onion, garlic and half of the parsley. Stir another 5 minutes. Stir occasionally. Take it off the forehead and keep it warm.
Add the butter and oil. Step the medallions 6-8 minutes on each side. Season with salt and pepper. Pour cognac on. Flame for 30 seconds. Take the medallions of the forehead.
Mix the cream in the cream juice. Cook for 3 minutes. Pour the pea mixture on top of the medallions.
Pour sauce over. Sprinkle parsley and server.
