Ingredients for Kalkunstroganoff

1 | dl | Chicken stock water + cube |
1 | Onion | |
1 | tbsp | Paprika |
2½ | dl | Crème fraiche 38% |
50 | g | Butter |
500 | g | Mushrooms |
500 | g | Turkey Breast in strips and tossed in wheat flour |
70 | g | Concentrated tomato paste (small can) |
Instructions for Kalkunstroganoff
To prepare the Kalkunstroganoff recipe, please follow these instructions:
Chop the peel and halve or quart the mushrooms.
Damp mushrooms for a few minutes in a dry pot, pick them up and set aside.
Melt the butter and the sauce loosened.
Add the meat and brown it. Add the peppers, tomato paste and broth and simmer for 5 minutes.
Stir cream fry and season with salt and pepper.
Finally add the mushrooms.
Server with mashed potatoes or rice
