To prepare the Kalkunret with vegetables and cashews recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut the meat into thin strips. Clean the leek and cut it into rings. The onion cut into small cubes/spring onions are cleaned and cut into rings. Peel the carrots and cut them into thin slices. Broccolien is divided into small, bite-sized florets.
