To prepare the KABAB - easy and delicious farewell recipe, please follow these instructions:
Peel the bulbs, chop them and mix them with chopped meat.
Whip the eggs together and mix them with the meat.
Spice with curry, salt of pepper.
Peel the potatoes, tear them on the coarse side of the roast iron and press them dry in a clean cloth.
Mix the grated potatoes, meat. Frozen peas and chopped parsley.
Grease an ovenproof dish with oil and benefit the meat mixture in it.
Spread the peeled tomatoes with water (use your fingers to "tear" the tomatoes so that they are not completely).
Put the dish in the oven at 220 degrees 40-50 minutes.
Serve the dish with a bowl of salad or / and flutes.
