Ingredients for Kåldolmere

1000 | g | White cabbage |
1000 | g | Potatoes |
150 | g | Bacon, diced |
2.5 | dl | Water |
200 | g | Onion |
3 | tbsp | Parsley, fresh |
3 | tbsp | Butter |
500 | g | Pork, chopped about 10% fat |
Instructions for Kåldolmere
To prepare the Kåldolmere recipe, please follow these instructions:
Leave the cabbage leaves and blanch them in boiling water approx. 2 min. Let them drip well.
Mix the minced meat with onion, parsley and spice with salt and pepper. Distribute the meat to the cabbage leaves and fold together. Bind possibly. With cotton yarn.
Melt fat and brown cabbage lids easily. Add the water and simmer the dolphins approx. 30 minutes under low.
Cut bacon and onions in cubes. Step it on a pan and spread it over the cabbage rolls during serving.

Variation:
Mix 2 tablespoons of boiled rice in the meat.
