To prepare the Italian meatballs in pesto sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:

Stir the meat with garlic, egg, bread crumbs, parmesan, basil, salt and pepper. Form forcemeat into small meatballs and roll them in flour. Fry the Meatballs in a frying pan for 5 minutes at good heat. Shake the Pan frequently.

Got tomato and pesto in a saucepan, and simmer for 5 minutes for low heat. Season with basil, salt and pepper. Mix the meatballs.
