2 | dl | Tomato juice or 1/2 ds peeled tomatoes |
4 - 8 | slices | Cheese |
400 | g | Minced beef |
Instructions for Italian Farsbøffer
To prepare the Italian Farsbøffer recipe, please follow these instructions:
Let the crumbled french bread pull into the water. Put the meat in a bowl and add salt and spices. Mix egg yolks and cream in. Pour water from French bread (if it has not soaked all) Mix the bread in the dough and work well through it. Form the dad for 8 small or 4 big steaks. Brush them in a little butter and put them in an ovenproof dish.
Sovsen: Pour tomato juice or peeled tomatoes with water in a saucepan add onions and bring the mixture to boil. Stir the wheat flour with a little water and whip it in the boiling sauce. Let the sauce boil softly for about 5 minutes.
Pour the sauce over the steaks and put a cheese slice on each steak. Gratinate the dish at 250 degrees for about 15 minutes. Until the cheese has become light golden. Should the dish be extra delicious, add some red wine to the sauce and possibly buttered mushrooms (before the cheese)
