25 | g | Butter |
4 | dl | Milk |
4 | dl | Tomato ketchup |
500 | g | Macaroni |
500 | g | Sausages |
Instructions for Italian casserole (child-friendly)
To prepare the Italian casserole (child-friendly) recipe, please follow these instructions:
Ketchupsovs: The butter is melted in a saucepan, it is taken from the heat and the flour is whipped in. The milk is whipped in a little at a time until it is all together and without lumps.
Then put the saucepan back on low heat. The kettle is poured in and stirred out.
While the rest of the food is cooked stir frequently in the sauce so that it does not burn. When it has boiled for a couple of minutes and is a fairly thick, terracotta-colored sauce, it is finished.
Sausages: Cut into about 0.5 cm pieces and fry on the forehead until brown and crispy.
Macaroni: Laves as it says on the package.
Once all three things are done, they are mixed together and served immediately. Can be served with roasted onions.
tips:
You can easily make a large portion of which the recipes can be stored for lunch the following day. It's a very "harmless" right and I have not yet met a child who did not like it. And it is good to do with children, as it is an easy right.
