Instructions for Inverted onion rings

To prepare the Inverted onion rings recipe, please follow these instructions:

Flour, eggs, beer, water, oil, and salt and sugar are whipped together into a smooth dough. Wait 1 hour after which the pinch egg whites are turned in. The dough must be used immediately when whipped whites have been added.

The onions are dipped in the dough and fry in a pan with oil until golden.
