Ingredients for Indian potato dish

0.5 | dl | Soy sauce |
1 | Oranges, juice of which | |
1 | tsp | Coriander, ground |
1 | tbsp | Oil |
100 | g | Bean sprouts |
2 | Carrots | |
2 | tbsp | Ginger, candied in sugar syrup |
2 | tsp | Curry |
2 | Onion | |
5 | dl | Water |
750 | g | Cooked cold potato |
Instructions for Indian potato dish
To prepare the Indian potato dish recipe, please follow these instructions:
The oil is heated in a pan with the curry. Carrots in the tern are switched for 2 minutes. Onions are added and the whole is switched for another 2 minutes.
Add soy sauce, orange juice, coriander, chopped ginger and water and let it boil at low heat for 10 minutes.
The boiled potatoes cut the icing and add, and it all boils on for 5 minutes.
Add the bean sprouts that boil for another 2 minutes.
Taste the dish with salt and pepper.
Serve the right with yogurt natural and possibly. Cooked rice. Eat the dishes with sticks.
