100gRed lentils
200gCauliflower into small florets
300gSquash
400gLean lamb into cubes
400gPeeled potatoes

To prepare the Indian lamb in curry recipe, please follow these instructions:

Brown the meat in oil with curry and garlic. Add tomato and broth and let it boil ½ hour for low heat under the lid. Bowl potatoes, boil 15 minutes, add lentils and boil for 5 minutes. Cut squash into slices and put them in the pan with the cauliflower bouquets. Boil it all for another 10 minutes and season with salt and pepper.

Serve the lamb with a spice of fresh herbs.
