Instructions for Iced wild salmon
To prepare the Iced wild salmon recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cook the salmon in a water bath in the oven 200 degrees approx. 45 min. Cool it off. Clean it for skins and legs. Tear it along. Boil the eggs and chop them.
Pour egg, parsley, garlic salt and pepper into the butter. Roll out the batter and add 1/2 part of the salmon to the top. Grease the egg stock and place the other 1/2 of the salmon on top. Roll the batter over the fish and close it well. With a little egg. Enter the oven at 200 degrees approx. 35 min. Or until the butter dough is brown.
