To prepare the Hvidkåls soup in a new way recipe, please follow these instructions:

Cut the onions into thin slices. Clean the leeks and cut them into slices. Cut the stick of white cabbage and cut the rest into coarse tern (ca. 2 x 2 cm.). Saute all three parts in oil and add the bouillon and basil. Bring the soup to a boil and let Cook about 15 min. Add spaghetti into smaller pieces. Let the soup boil further ca. 10 min. came tomato puree and cream in the soup-boil up and season with salt and pepper.
