0.5Red chili
1Lime juice thereof
2cloveGarlic
200gChickpeas
250gGreek yogurt

Instructions for Humus-fat

To prepare the Humus-fat recipe, please follow these instructions:

Iblødsæt chickpeas overnight.

Pour the water from the iblødsætnings and boil the chickpeas in fresh water for 1 hour. pour the boiling water and cool the chickpeas.

Chop the garlic and chilli finely (seeds removed from chili), blend chickpeas with all the ingredients to taste with salt.

Tips:
Server with fx grilled vegetables in oven or wok-fried vegetables, and a lean piece of meat (such as chicken or beef)
