25 | g | Yeast |
3 | dl | Water |
500 | g | Wheat flour |
Instructions for Hot Wheat (Microwave)
To prepare the Hot Wheat (Microwave) recipe, please follow these instructions:
Mix flour with sugar and salt in a glass bowl. Cut the butter into smaller pieces and finely mix it. Stir the yeast smoothly with half of the lukewarm water. Bring the rest of the water and pour it into the bowl. Stir the dough together. Pour the dough well until it is soft and smooth. * Raise the dough in the microwave * Put the dough in the oven. * Microwave at 1000 watts for 20 seconds.
Divide the dough into 12 pieces and roll for bowls. Put the balls together in a small frying pan (22x31 cm) lined with baking paper. It is important that the balls lie close so that they get the square shape. Place the pan on the high grill in the oven. Repeat bread for 10 minutes. Bake the wheat at 200 degrees C hot air for 30 min. Cool on the grid.
After cooling, stir the wheat through and shake with the overcooked side upwards by hot air + grill for approx. 10 min. - until they are golden and crispy.
