Ingredients for Hot pot of beef and rice

250 | g | Beef, chopped about 10% fat |

Instructions for Hot pot of beef and rice
To prepare the Hot pot of beef and rice recipe, please follow these instructions:
Warm the oil and grate sliced mushrooms in it, take off the forehead and save for later.
Heat the oil and lightly the beef, add chopped onions and celery and carrots in slices and shake for a few more minutes.
Pour rice, water and salt in, cook over mild heat approx. 20 minutes until the rice is tender.
Stir in the remaining ingredients. Taste with salt and pepper.
