To prepare the Helleflynder in Parmasvøb recipe, please follow these instructions:
Sprinkle the fillets with salt and pepper and drip with basil oil. Grab the fillets into the Parma ham and put them in an oven-proof dish. Stir the fillets in the oven at 225 degrees C. alm. Oven for approx. 12 minutes.
