Ingredients for Heavy Ryde

½ | dl | Semi-skimmed milk |
1 | dl | Torn grainy bread |
1½ | dl | Fresh mushrooms, sliced |
175 | g | Spaghetti |
2 | tbsp | Chopped dill |
200 | g | Tuna in water |
3 | tbsp | Dry white wine |
30 | g | Parmesan |
5 | dl | Letmælkyoghurt |
Instructions for Heavy Ryde
To prepare the Heavy Ryde recipe, please follow these instructions:
Turn the oven on 175 g. Mix tuna, cooked spaghetti and mushrooms. Mix the other ingredients, except the bread, for a smooth sauce. The sauce is poured over the spaghetti-tuna mixture. Mix it all well. Pour it all into an ovenproof dish. Sprinkle the breadcrumbs over. Put lid or foil on. Let the dish bake for 25 minutes.
