2000 | g | Calf's heart |
3 | tbsp | Paprika, edelsuss |

400 | g | Mushrooms |
5 | dl | Whipped cream |
Instructions for Hearts in cream sauce
To prepare the Hearts in cream sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:
The hearts are completely cleansed and if possible. Tendons and cut into pieces of approx. 5x5 cm.
The stomach is browned in a large thickened pot and the sliced onions are added and browned. Then add the peppers, mushrooms and heart pieces. It all browns for approx. 5 minutes after which about 1 liter of water is added. Add additional water as needed
Cook it all for 3-4 hours, then add whipped cream and the whole is leveled and seasoned with salt and pepper.
Served with mashed potatoes and chopped parsley and possibly. A rocky red ribbon.
