1tspCardamom

1Together the beaten egg

150gButter
2.5dlMilk
500gWheat flour

Instructions for Heart buns

To prepare the Heart buns recipe, please follow these instructions:

1. Smell the milk and dissolve the yeast. Remember, the yeast must not be heated with. Bring the flour and the other ingredients in and knead it into a smooth uniform dough.
2. Divide the dough into three equal parts and shape them into balls. Let them rest for a few minutes.
3. Roll each ball into a sausage for approx. 24 cm's length. Divide the dough into 8 pieces and form them into buns.
4. Push them into the heartbeat and place them on two plates of baking paper. Let the balls raise to double size (about 30 minutes) in a tight spot.
5. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees (hot air 200 degrees) while the balls rise.
6. Brush the balls with egg and sprinkle with pearl sugar.
7. Place the balls in the middle of the oven approx. 10 minutes.
