To prepare the Healthy pasta sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:

Got a little oil in a pan over low heat. Chop the onions finely and add to the pan. While the onions and fry will be clear, skinned the tomatoes (URf.eks. with a grater) and snack pepperen chopped. Com tomatoes and pepper into the Pan along with snack tomato puree (all the juice from the tomato should be down into the Pan!). Let it stand a little stirring and add parsley, chili sauce, salt, pepper and spice. After a few minutes in the småkog is the sauce ready.
