Instructions for Healthy Omelet
To prepare the Healthy Omelet recipe, please follow these instructions:
If you use frozen spinach, heat it first and then pour the liquid off. Otherwise, the fresh spinach should only be steamed.
Then bacon on the forehead and when done, take it off the heat and let it cool. (In this case, the bacon has fried a little, but it is up to yourself how much to give it.)
The tomatoes are cut into a 1 * 1 cm tern. And the fresh basil is chopped roughly. Beat the eggs in a bowl and mix salt and pepper.
Find a small forehead and pour 1/4 of the egg mixture onto the forehead. Distribute spinach, tomato, bacon and basil over the still wet egg. Leave the omelette ready, take it off the forehead and make the next one the same way.
Make sure each time pouring egg mixture on the forehead touches it, as the last omelet will taste a lot of salt and pepper.
