Ingredients for Healthy Mexican Casserole

2.5glassSalsa sauce (to be blended)
250gMexican cheese

Instructions for Healthy Mexican Casserole

To prepare the Healthy Mexican Casserole recipe, please follow these instructions:

Pandegeg the vegetables:
Cut the pepper in the tern and chop the onions.
Heat a frying pan with a little oil on high heat. Add the onions and the peppers and sprinkle half of the chilli powder, half of the jalapeño / chili and cumin and stir it together and let it rest and stir again until you get a good browning of
the peppers. Take it off the heat and style to the side. Make the same process with the maize and sprinkle the rest of the chilli powder and cumin and leave it brown as before and take it off the heat and style aside. Sprinkle salt on the fried vegetables and stir them a little.

Prepare:
Grease a frying pan / refractory dish (about 22 cm x 33 cm) with oil / margarine / butter and preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Cut tortillas into thin strips.

Server with guacamole, fresh coriander and creme fraiche and with flutes or other bread and chili dishes / marinated chicken fillets, cut in tern.
