2Thick slices fresh pineapple (don't bother to buy the canned because there is the added sugar and preservation)
250gChicken fillet

To prepare the Healthy juicy barbecue skewer recipe, please follow these instructions:

Mariner chicken meat in marinade consisting of pressed lime, grated ginger, pressed garlic, finely chopped chili, fresh thyme and olive oil. The meat may be placed overnight in the refrigerator in a plastic bag with the marinade, or you can marinate it one hour before putting on the grill. The flavor intensifies the longer the meat is layered. Before the meat to be cut into uniform cubes on skewered it. (Remember, if you are using wooden skewers to lay them in water 1/2 hour before use). Set alternately a piece of chicken and a piece of pineapple on. Sprinkle with coconut flour. Server with e.g. carrots and spring onions cut into thin stems in tray and grilled before serving doused with a bit of Chinese soy sauce.

Tips:
This recipe is without carbohydrates and starches and therefore suitable as slankemad or good if one is on udrensningskur (detox). However, make sure there is no corn syrup added to chicken fillets.
