250 | g | Wholemeal rye flour |
250 | g | Wheat flour |

50 | g | Yeast |

To prepare the Healthy and tasty buns recipe, please follow these instructions:
Lun the water to little finger temp. Dissolve yeast in this. Melt the butter and let it cool a little and then put it in the water. Bring salt and sugar in the wet. Carrots must be torn off properly.
