Instructions for Harvest pot of cod
To prepare the Harvest pot of cod recipe, please follow these instructions:
Wash the potatoes and cut them into slices. Boil them in water and add boullionterningen in ca. 5 min. Season the fish with salt and Brown it lightly in oil. Skæt fennel, bell peppers and onion in small pieces and put the vegetables down to the potatoes along with the fish. Add the thyme and let it all simmer for a further 5 minutes Halvér the tomatoes, place in pan and serve immediately right.
