1 | dl | Sour cream |
1 | tsp | French mustard |

2 | Hard boiled eggs | |
200 | g | Cooked smoked ham or hams |
2-3 | tbsp | Cut dill |
3-4 | tbsp | HK pickled cucumber |
Instructions for Ham-potato
To prepare the Ham-potato recipe, please follow these instructions:
The potatoes are cut into slices, reddish in cubes. The eggs are chopped, the ham is cut into small cubes. Potatoes, onions, cucumbers, half of the eggs and the ham are mixed in a bowl. The sauce is stirred together and poured over. Embellish with the rest of the eggs.
