125 | g | Cream cheese naturel |
150 | g | Cooked ham |
2 | dl | Lukewarm water |
2.5 | tbsp | Minced chives |
35 | g | Yeast |
5.5-6 | dl | Wheat flour |
50 | g | Butter |
Instructions for Ham gifler
To prepare the Ham gifler recipe, please follow these instructions:
Udrør yeast with lukewarm water. Add the remaining ingredients and knead into the dough is smooth and supple. The dough is divided in 2 buns, rolled out and shared in each 8 triangles.
The filling stir together 1 teaspoon granted on each triangle, which rolled together into one and added giffel on a griddle m. wax paper. Giflerne raises the bar for 30 minutes after which they swabbed with the beaten egg. Remember to press snippen at giflen firmly. Bake in hot oven at 225 degrees in 8-10 min.
Tips:
Tastes best warm. Is super good as an accompaniment for cheese table, lunch, banquet or just as a snack.
