225 | g | Flour |
3-4 | tbsp | Minced ham |
35 | g | Yeast |
4-5 | tbsp | Minced chives |
75 | g | Butter |
Instructions for Ham Buns In
To prepare the Ham Buns In recipe, please follow these instructions:
The butter is chopped out of the flour, the yeast and break into pieces in and mix with salt, ham and chives, and finally pour lukewarm milk in the Dough kneaded and shaped. to about 14 buns placed on baking sheet and warm in 20-30 minutes.
Brushed with cream and bake in the middle of the ovens in 10 minutes at 225 degrees C.
Tips:
Ham buns are also lovely for a picnic and suitable for freezing.
