200gGrated cheese
250gFresh spinach
300gGreenland halibut in large cubes
400gLasagne sheets
50gFreshly grated Parmesan cheese
8dlMilk

To prepare the Halibut and spinach lasagna. recipe, please follow these instructions:

Start with the bechamel sauce. Pour oil and wheat flour together, then stir the milk until it has turned into a creamy sauce, set aside, heat the oil in a saucepan and spoon loosened for a few minutes, add the spinach and turn on for 1 minute, Add the fish and switch again for 2 minutes, take the saucepan off the heat.

In a greased refractory form, make a lasagne in 4 layers, start with lasagne plates followed by 1/3 of the spinach mixture and 1/3 of the cheese.
