Ingredients for Gullerodskage (my favorite)
Torn shell of 1 lemon | ||
0.5 | dl | Brown sugar |
1 | dl | Oil |
1.5 | dl | Cane sugar |
150 | g | Wheat flour |
2 | tsp | Baking soda |
2 | dl | Flourmelis |
2 | dl | Coarsely grated carrot |
2 | dl | Coarsely grated Zucchini |
2 | Large eggs | |
200 | g | Philadelphia light natural |
2-3 | tsp | Cinnamon |
3 | tbsp | Lemon juice |
Instructions for Gullerodskage (my favorite)
To prepare the Gullerodskage (my favorite) recipe, please follow these instructions:
Eggs, oil and sugar, beat well.
Brown sugar and the support ingridienser be turned in and it mixed well together.
Guleros and squash in and stir well.
Formes sprinkled with a little sugar or flour before the dough in.
Bake for about 45 minutes at 175 degrees.
Glaze: Philadelphia, flourmelis and citric touches the ingredients together and is ready to come on as a topping when the cake has cooled.
Tips:
"Pie" size depends very much on the form you use, you will have to a smaller baking pan, so you'll need to doble potionen up.
