Ingredients for Gullerodskage (my favorite)

0.5dlBrown sugar

1.5dlCane sugar
150gWheat flour
2tspBaking soda
2dlFlourmelis
2dlCoarsely grated carrot
2dlCoarsely grated Zucchini
2Large eggs
200gPhiladelphia light natural
2-3tspCinnamon
3tbspLemon juice

Instructions for Gullerodskage (my favorite)

To prepare the Gullerodskage (my favorite) recipe, please follow these instructions:

Eggs, oil and sugar, beat well.
