Instructions for Gulerodsroulade a la Kim Sjøgren
To prepare the Gulerodsroulade a la Kim Sjøgren recipe, please follow these instructions:
The carrots are peeled and rubbed roughly. The lid is chopped fine. Season in a little butter for 5-10 minutes. Mix with finely chopped herbs and season with salt and pepper. Cool.
Then mix with 5 egg yolks.
