Instructions for Gulderodstærte I
To prepare the Gulderodstærte I recipe, please follow these instructions:
Gather the ingredients into the casserole in a bowl. Pour the dough into a greased pie (22 cm in diameter). Bake it for 10 minutes in a 200 degree hot oven on the second row.
Peel or scrape carrots and peel onions and cut them into small pieces. Heat oil and soy sauce in a pan and sweeten the vegetables in it. Add water and spices. Let it cook under low for 10 minutes.
Distribute the mixture on the baked pie. Mash the feta with a fork. Bring it in a bowl and whip egg, milk and nutmeg with the cheese. Pour the cheese mixture over the vegetable filling and bag the pie for 30 minutes at 200 degrees.
Ornaments. The baked pie with freshly chopped parsley.
