1 | Eggs | |
1 | dl | Flax seed |
2 | tsp | Salt |
2 | tsp | Sugar |
400 | g | Grahams |
50 | g | Yeast |
600 | g | Wheat flour |
8 | dl | Water |
Instructions for Grovboller
To prepare the Grovboller recipe, please follow these instructions:
Bring dl water, flaxseed and 3-kornsblanding to a boil and let it soak into it's hand warmly.
In a large bowl mix salt, sugar, yeast, flour and whole wheat flour, and pour the cereal mixture handwarmer and the rest of the water. Knead the dough well with the hands, it must be easily pasted style it to uplift lunt and uncovered for 1 hour.
Knead and form 24 buns. Set them on a plate and rids them at the top. After raising 30 min.
Brush the buns with egg, and behind them in the middle of the oven at 200 degrees c. alm. oven for about 20 mins.
