125gCoarse salt
25gSaltpeter (optional)
40gSugar

Instructions for Grouse blasted

To prepare the Grouse blasted recipe, please follow these instructions:

To 5 kg. meat used
125 g coarse salt
40 g sugar.
25 g. saltpeter (optional)
