400gSpinach, fresh cusp for stems

500gHam without rind. lean. raw

To prepare the Grillspyd with spinach sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:

Spinach Sauce:
Remove the stem from the fresh spinach and rinse it twice. The spinach is then cut into strips and swirled in butter with nutmeg, salt and pepper. Sprinkle the spinach, cool it and stir it with cream fraiche and lime juice.

Kebabs:
Clean the mushroom. Cut the ham meat to 3x3 cm. Pieces and put meat, mushrooms and sausages on spears, brush with oil and grill approx. 5 min. On each side at medium heat, not too close to the glow.
