140 | g | Tomato puree concentrate |

2-2.5 | tsp | Dried Rosemary (approx. 1 tsp. fresh) |
2-4 | clove | Garlic |
3 | tsp | Sugar |
40 | g | Margarine |
5 | dl | Whole milk/cream |
500 | g | Minced beef |
500 | g | Peeled onion |
50-100 | g | Grated cheese |
Instructions for Greek Mousaka in the cool way
To prepare the Greek Mousaka in the cool way recipe, please follow these instructions:
Chop onion and chop them in a saucepan. Brown the meat and add tomato sauce, garlic, rosemary, sugar, salt and pepper. Let it simmer for approx. 5 min and add 1 dl. Water and simmer approx. 5 min. Remember to taste.
Cut the potatoes into slices. Distribute half to the bottom of a greased refractory dish. Pour approx. 2½ dl. Milk / cream with approx. ½ teaspoon. Salt over. Bring the meat mixture over and cover with the rest of the sliced potatoes.
Whip 2 eggs and approx. 2½ dl. Milk / cream added approx. ½ teaspoon. Salt and pour over the potatoes and sprinkle the cheese over.
Place in the oven at 180 degrees (hot air over / under heat about 200 degrees) for approx. 45 min.
Served with salad and flutes.
