Brown the meat in a sauté pan with oil and add finely chopped onions and garlic and curry and tern of aubergines. Let it stir while stirring 5 minutes and add the tomatoes and cook the dish for 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and fill it in a greased ovenproof dish.
