Ingredients for Gratin with lamb and curry

250 | g | Minced lamb |
Instructions for Gratin with lamb and curry
To prepare the Gratin with lamb and curry recipe, please follow these instructions:
Brown the meat in a sauté pan with oil and add finely chopped onions and garlic and curry and tern of aubergines. Let it stir while stirring 5 minutes and add the tomatoes and cook the dish for 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and fill it in a greased ovenproof dish.
Whip the egg together with milk, curry, salt and pepper. Pour it over the dish and place it in the oven at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes. Dry if necessary. With chopped herbs on serving.
