Instructions for Grassbread (Grapefruit bread)
To prepare the Grassbread (Grapefruit bread) recipe, please follow these instructions:
Peel the pumpkin kernel roughly, mix it into a bowl of 2 teaspoons of salt and let it pull for 15 minutes.
Then the meat is pressed free of moisture, for example. In a thin, scalded dish that is twisted.
Stir the yeast smoothly with 2 dl of water (37 degrees C). Add cane sugar and a few spices of the weighed grahamsmel and mix the mixture for 15 minutes to get well in the yeast.
Add the greengroot, finely chopped kernels, the remaining 2 dl water, the rest of the flour and 1½ teaspoon salt. The dough must not be kneaded, just stirred together.
Pour it into a greased rye bread and press it with the back of a spoon. Let the bread rise for 1-1½ hours.
Bake it at 200 degrees C. alm. Oven for 65-75 minutes.
