Instructions for Gotland Nodules

To prepare the Gotland Nodules recipe, please follow these instructions:

Crumble the yeast in the dumplings. Warm the milk until it is hand warm. Pour some of the milk over the yeast and stir. Add the rest of the milk as well as oil, syrup, salt, pomeranian shell and anise. Pour the cream sieve into and stir and knead the dough well. Rests for 10 minutes. Add flour and knead the dough smoothly. Divide it into three pieces. Roll each piece into a 60 cm long sausage. Form it into a big knot. Lay the knobs on a baking sheet covered with baking paper and allow them to rise. Bake in the bottom of the oven at 200ยบ for approx. 30 min.
