Ingredients for Goong Tee-em
Vegetable oil for frying | ||
0.5 | tsp | Freshly ground pepper |
1 | Fresh lemon | |
1.5 | tbsp | Brown sugar |
2 | tbsp | Fish sauce |
2 | tbsp | Chopped coriander leaves |
500 | g | Tiger prawns |
8 | clove | Crushed garlic |
Instructions for Goong Tee-em
To prepare the Goong Tee-em recipe, please follow these instructions:
1. Start making marinade for the shrimps of garlic cilantro fish soup brown dumplings and peppers
Mix the pieces together and add the prawns and let them take half an hour.
2. After 30 minutes, heat 2 tbsp. Oil in a medium-sized frying pan and add the marinated prawns and let them fry for a couple of minutes. Squeeze some lemon juice into the mixture and serve with fresh fresh coriander on top.
tips:
It is a simple dish but very tasty and served with lovely well cooked rice.
