Ingredients for Good legs

A small strip of yellow orange zest (1 x 5 cm)
Potatoes
Little sauces suit
Salt
Sugar
Water
Grapes
1Lemon juice thereof
1smallBay leaf
1-2twigsThyme
1400gGood legs (like clavicle)
2Apples
2-3stemsParsley
30gWheat flour
4stemsLeaf celery
5wholeBlack peppercorns
50gButter or margarine

Instructions for Good legs

To prepare the Good legs recipe, please follow these instructions:

Legs Brown lightly on all sides in butter or margarine. As they are finished tanned skins, they are taken up and put into a bowl. Discard the frying fat.

Put the legs back into the Pan along with the herbs and orange Peal. Pour the water over and let it all bugs 1 1/2 hour, the meat is just about to fall from the legs.
