Ingredients for Go with beef
½ | cup | Basil leaves |
½ | kg | Beef chunk |
1 | can | Bamboo shoots |
1 | can | Coconut milk/olie |
2 | tbsp | Fish sauce |
2 | tbsp | Red chili paste |
2-3 | Red large chili without seeds | |
6-8 | Thai eggplants |
Instructions for Go with beef
To prepare the Go with beef recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut the beef into oblong strips of approx. ½ cm. X 5 cm. Cut the bamboo shoots into long thin strips. Clean and rinse the Thai aubergines and cut them in quarters. Stir the chili and scrape the seeds. Cut the chilli in long thin strips. Heat the pan and add the chilli paste. Stir around with a wooden bowl and benefit the pasta over the pan. Add coconut oil. Add the beef. Add the other ingredients except basil and stir well in the pan. Let the dish simmer for approx. 15 min. The sauce is taken from the heat and the basil leaves are sprinkled in. Eaten as one of several dishes with Jasminris
